You can share your Local Services Ads account with other people in your business by providing them access through their Google account. Each time you grant access to your Local Services Ads account, you can select which features the user can impact by assigning an access level.
For instructions on how to grant or remove access, see Manage access to your Local Services Ads account.
Account access level
Can receive notification emails
Can sign in and view reports (without spend details)
Can view leads, respond to customers, and update lead status
Can browse profile information and reviews
Can edit profile information
Can view and edit budgets and billing information; can view spend information in reports
Can create a Local Services account for an existing Google Ads account
Note: Google Ads email-only and administrative access levels aren’t applicable to Local Services Ads. Email-only accounts will receive read-only level permissions for Local Services Ads, and administrative accounts will receive the same permissions as standard accounts. If you sign in to Google Ads, the appropriate access levels will still apply.
Access to manager accounts
Users with administrative access to a manager account can receive notification emails, and can manage any part of that account and its campaigns. They can also change another person's access level, and in some cases can terminate someone's access level.
Note: You must edit your manager accounts within Google Ads, as they can’t be set up or changed directly through Local Services Ads.
Access to billing and payments
You can manage which users can perform tasks like making payments, changing payment methods, or receiving invoices by adding or removing people from your Google payments profile in the Google payments center.
